How do we make your custom furniture?
With its 15,000m2, our factory makes it possible to produce large volumes and to respond to large-scale projects.
Workshop
In the workshop, the prototypes center is the epicenter of innovation. This is where new designs are born, where every idea is tested, where every material is evaluated. It is a place where the beautiful and the sustainable meet the technical, giving life to reliable and original furniture.

On the seamstress side, every point is thought out, each closure carefully designed to minimize waste. They manufacture with almost artistic precision, ensuring an efficient and planet-friendly manufacturing process.
Packing
Then there is packaging, a vast subject. The boxes are custom made by an ingenious machine, reducing waste as much as possible. Older boxes are also not thrown into the dumpster. They are reused as wedges inside the package. As you will have understood, reuse, upcycling... we suggest that you apply them in your projects but go further by making them a leitmotif within our factory.

This project is the culmination of more than 2 years of work, combining research into new trends and showroom visits. The furniture was supplied by Hexagone, with delivery on time. I am very happy with the result, both in terms of infrastructure and furniture. It is a very nice project and I am looking forward to the reaction of the collaborators.

What are the guarantees on your new furniture?
We guarantee our furniture for up to 8 years.
Are your products 100% local?
The manufacturing is 100% French and we strive to work with French materials as a priority. However, some components must come from a little further away in Europe.
What are your manufacturing and delivery times?
As a French manufacturer, our factory offers us great agility which allows us to offer short deadlines (4 to 6 weeks from production to delivery). In addition, there is the study phase of the project and the various exchanges with customers/architects. Our human-sized team is very responsive and each project is important.
Can we receive material samples before making our choice?
The best would be even better to come and see our material library at Maison Volubilis, our exhibition space in La Défense. We will be able to find the ideal finishes over a coffee. Also, we can create mock-ups/prototypes before the start of production. Co-design is important to us, it is our trademark.
Is everything possible to manufacture?
We would be tempted to say yes, but we are here to guide you in order to reconcile design and technique. Also, we can help you design your furniture solutions according to the rules of the art before manufacturing them, respecting your desires and hexagon lines/finishes. As our factory is organized to supply large volumes, we will not be able to respond favorably to small requests and we focus on tailor-made solutions as part of global development projects.
