As part of the move of its head office, Saint-Gobain is calling on a number of players to design and develop its new 50,000 m² tower located in the famous Parisian business district La Défense. The group wishes to focus the layout of its offices on the well-being of employees through quality furniture, state-of-the-art acoustic solutions and innovative technological equipment.

A large-scale architecture of 49,000 m² in the heart of the Parisian business district
The construction of the Saint-Gobain Tower is a major 4-year project located in the famous La Défense business district in Paris.
From the height of these 165 m, this tower was designed on 44 levels, with 1735 m² of balconies and terraces as well as 300 m² of showroom.
To accommodate more than 2500 employees, the choice of actors involved in this development is essential for the success of the project and the respect of deadlines.

MULTIPLICITY, OPTIMIZATION AND LAYOUT OF WORKSPACES
Wishing to meet the needs of the group's various departments, Saint-Gobain is rethinking the design of new workspaces in collaboration with its employees.
With the aim of offering friendly and comfortable offices where privacy and nomadism have their place, the group offers flexible configurations according to the needs of its teams. Of classic desks so-called sedentary as well as flex office spaces are then proposed.
The clear division and the multiplicity of spaces also represent a guarantee of quality for employees who will have a dedicated space for each activity: individual work, meeting, relaxation, etc.

With adjustable ergonomic chairs that promote the posture and comfort of employees, individual lighting and screen supports at each station, as well as electric desks that make it easy to adjust the height of the desk, workstations are part of a strong QWL policy. Each station is also equipped with several electrical sockets and USB ports to facilitate and secure the connection of employee devices and to place the new workstations under the sign of technology.

EQUIPMENT AND LAYOUT OF EFFICIENT MEETING AND CONFERENCE ROOMS
In order to offer ideal working conditions, numerous meeting and conference spaces have been arranged with high-performance furniture and equipment.
For this ambitious project, we manufactured more than 400 meeting tables with various models and dimensions and adapting to each work environment.
