FAQ
Is everything possible to manufacture?
We would be tempted to say yes, but we are here to guide you in order to reconcile design and technique. Also, we can help you design your furniture solutions according to the rules of the art before manufacturing them, respecting your desires and hexagon lines/finishes. As our factory is organized to supply large volumes, we will not be able to respond favorably to small requests and we focus on tailor-made solutions as part of global development projects.
Can we receive material samples before making our choice?
The best would be even better to come and see our material library at Maison Volubilis, our exhibition space in La Défense. We will be able to find the ideal finishes over a coffee. Also, we can create mock-ups/prototypes before the start of production. Co-design is important to us, it is our trademark.
What are your manufacturing and delivery times?
As a French manufacturer, our factory offers us great agility which allows us to offer short deadlines (4 to 6 weeks from production to delivery). In addition, there is the study phase of the project and the various exchanges with customers/architects. Our human-sized team is very responsive and each project is important.
Are your products 100% local?
The manufacturing is 100% French and we strive to work with French materials as a priority. However, some components must come from a little further away in Europe.
What are the guarantees on your new furniture?
We guarantee our furniture for up to 8 years.
Does hexagon focus on projects in France?
We are carrying out more projects in France but can quite go beyond borders in Europe.
What type/size of project are you responding to?
We respond to global development projects in the context of the relocation of companies or the redevelopment of premises. We are able to respond to large-scale projects with a lot of volume, thanks to our factory in the south of France.
How does the support take place?
It's all based on communication. At Hexagone, we like to talk to you but above all to listen to you. Each project therefore starts with an interview with our customers and/or their architects in order to best complete the study of the specifications, because every detail counts. Then, the project is assigned to a project manager who will follow you from start to finish, supported by the rest of the team according to the required skills. Even after delivery, we remain attentive to the customer and his employees in order to train them in their new furniture.

How does Hexagon integrate sustainability into its development projects?
hexagone integrates sustainability through the use of eco-responsible materials, the upcycling of existing furniture, and by promoting production practices that respect the environment. Each project is designed with particular attention to the ecological footprint, aiming at creating sustainable workspaces that contribute to the preservation of the planet.
What guarantees do you offer on upcycled furniture?
Hexagone, through its hexagreen solution, offers guarantees on upcycled furniture that attest to its quality and durability. To get straight to the point: hexagon can guarantee between 5 and 8 years for upcycled furniture and extend the life of your furniture at least as much.
Is it possible to see material samples or prototypes prior to production?
Absolutely.hexagreen values transparency and ensures that customers can view, test, and approve material samples or prototypes/mock ups. You only believe what you see, so we will only start production after validation of the prototype.
Why upcycling/reusing rather than buying brand-new furniture?
One does not prevent the other. It is important to know that upcycled/reused furniture represents between 20 and 30% of an overall project. This portion of second-hand furniture will also become mandatory in France in the coming years. Even if we seek with Hexagreen to achieve the maximum amount of upcycled/reused/reused furniture, we necessarily punctuate our development projects with designer furniture from hand-picked partners. Whether it's hexagreen furniture, new furniture, or a bit of both, the result will always be BEAUTIFUL and DURABLE!
Upcycling/reusing... is it cheaper?
Well that depends. It is true that one might think that starting from an existing piece of furniture could save time, and therefore money. While Hexagreen necessarily requires less material, Hexagreen's upcycling studies represent a lot of work time for our teams. There is no secret: only human brains can think of technical solutions like these and it is this added human value that makes our projects even more ethical. In fact, it's all a question of numbers and needs, it's always a case by case basis.
Is a hexagreen project faster than a global new project?
A French project will take as long as a 100% new “standard” global project. Indeed, taking over your furniture and adapting it to your new needs requires an in-depth technical study and drawings that are almost similar to product design for some. It is the assurance of a response adjusted to the millimeter!
