Needs analysis and audit
The first step is understanding the specific needs of the business. This includes analyzing the organization of work, the number of employees, their activities, as well as the values and culture of the company. An audit of the existing space and the needs of collaborators can also be carried out to assess the possibilities of redevelopment.
Design and planning
Based on the needs analysis, our team develops 3D plans and visualizations. The design takes into account several aspects, including ergonomics, acoustics, lighting and the flexibility of spaces.
Choice of furniture and materials
The choice of furniture and materials is crucial to ensure sustainability and comfort in the workspace. At Hexagone, we recommend furniture made in our factory in France and support it with designer furniture from partner brands, in line with our values. The focus is on quality, aesthetics and functionality, with a preference for local or certified suppliers for their environmental commitment. Thanks to our inventive material library and our innovative partners, presented in our exhibition space Maison Volubilis, we offer as many eco-responsible materials as possible.
Realization and follow-up
The choices are made. We then activate the production teams who launch the manufacture of tailor-made furniture and proceed with the orders of partner furniture. Rigorous monitoring of planning and quality is essential to ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.
Delivery and installation
Thanks to our factory located in Gard, which gives us great agility, we offer production and delivery times between 4 and 6 weeks, according to the established schedule. Use of recycled cardboard and pallets, optimization of packages, cardboard or wood packaging... from the moment of packaging, Hexagone ensures respect for the planet. We also limit CO2 emissions as much as possible by adjusting transport as best as possible. Our logistics manager is always present for the installation and ensures the smooth running of operations.
Assessment and continuous improvement
Once the layout is complete, we remain at your disposal for possible adjustments in relation to the feelings of the employees who will have taken possession of the premises and can even train them to handle their new furniture.

How does Hexagon integrate sustainability into its development projects?
hexagone integrates sustainability through the use of eco-responsible materials, the upcycling of existing furniture, and by promoting production practices that respect the environment. Each project is designed with particular attention to the ecological footprint, aiming at creating sustainable workspaces that contribute to the preservation of the planet.
What are your deadlines?
As a French manufacturer, our factory offers us great agility which allows us to offer short deadlines (4 to 6 weeks from production to delivery). In addition, there is the study phase of the project and the various exchanges with customers/architects. Our human-sized team is very responsive and each project is important.
How does the support take place?
It's all based on communication. At Hexagone, we like to talk to you but above all to listen to you. Each project therefore starts with an interview with our customers and/or their architects in order to best complete the study of the specifications, because every detail counts. Then, the project is assigned to a project manager who will follow you from start to finish, supported by the rest of the team according to the required skills. Even after delivery, we remain attentive to the customer and his employees in order to train them in their new furniture.
What type/size of project are you responding to?
We respond to global development projects in the context of the relocation of companies or the redevelopment of premises. We are able to respond to large-scale projects with a lot of volume, thanks to our factory in the south of France.
Does hexagon focus on projects in France?
We are carrying out more projects in France but can quite go beyond borders in Europe.
